Two days in a cabin

Our leadership team gathered for a two day EOS offsite to set direction, define priorities, and map out the next phase of growth. Two days away in a cabin gave our leadership team space to think, plan, and dream about Polaris Automation’s next chapter. We stepped away from the day-to-day to think bigger, plan smarter, and strengthen our team. We left energized, united, and excited for what’s ahead.
